Designed for harsh industrial applications, our Forklift Truck Portal is the perfect solution for scenarios where hundreds of pallet-based containers, boxes, or items need to be identified quickly and reliably as they pass through specific zones or control points.
corielPORTAL is a zero-human-intervention system, meaning operators can continue their normal tasks of loading, unloading, and transporting palletised goods around your facility. Sophisticated sensors detect when a pallet is approaching, and all items on the pallet (and the pallet itself) are read, together with the direction of travel. Data collected is immediately relayed via corielTHINGS to your backend system, confirming a receipt, despatch of movement of goods.
Reading is automatically triggered as a pallet approaches, detecting not only the RFID labels, but additionally the direction of travel, allowing the system to automatically report whether items were arriving or leaving.

Why do you need an RFID portal?
Completely modular
corielPORTAL is designed to be completely modular, suitable for installation in almost any indoor or outdoor location. Portals can be located within dedicated reading areas, or can be placed at strategic dock door locations around a facility to capture items as they enter and leave the building.
Optional in-cab / mobile control
The safest place for an operator to be is inside the forklift cab, which is why we’ve optionally integrated the portal directly with the in-cab computer. Operators select the order or manifest they are moving and then process the order as normal. Safe, efficient and extremely quick!
Designed for harsh conditions
